This notice has been prepared by Gold Brother Company as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). It explains what information is processed when you contact us, why it is processed, and what rights you have.

Personal data processed

This site contains no data collection form. Your personal data is processed only when you contact us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, and only to the extent that you provide it:

• Identity and contact details: name, company, e-mail address, phone number, country
• Technical information about your project: the metal worked with, target capacity, current plant status and any other details you share in your message
• Technical records: IP address and access logs kept by the hosting infrastructure

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed in order to assess your enquiry, carry out a preliminary technical review, prepare a proposal and communicate with you. The legal basis is Article 5/2-c of the KVKK (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-f (the legitimate interest of the data controller).

Transfers

Your personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Transfers may occur only where strictly necessary to deliver the service (hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers) and where legally authorised public authorities so require. The servers of the infrastructure providers used may be located abroad.

Retention period

Your data is retained for as long as the matter you contacted us about requires, and, where a contract is concluded, for the limitation periods prescribed by the relevant legislation. At the end of that period it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller and:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred
• Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
